IPO-Ready in 5 Weeks: Supercharging a Saudi Developer’s Growth Strategy

Brand Positioning Growth & Expansion Strategy

Can you build a growth strategy solid enough for an IPO in less time than it takes most firms to plan a workshop?

CLIENT

A leading Saudi real estate developer preparing to go public — in need of a bold, well-grounded growth strategy and a clear articulation of what made it investable, scalable, and future-ready.

Oh, and it needed it fast.

THE PROBLEM

With IPO prep in full swing, the developer was juggling inputs from multiple consulting teams. Our specific mandate? Deliver a real estate-focused current state assessment and a strategic growth plan that could serve as a foundation for what came next.

The leadership team needed a perspective grounded in market realities — and a strategy built for execution, not just slides.

The ask: cut through the noise, structure the big picture, and deliver a plan that could win confidence across internal and external stakeholders.

OUR APPROACH

We stepped in as the real estate strategists — and delivered in just five weeks.

We built a custom master framework. Not a recycled PowerPoint. We designed a tailored structure that guided the entire current state assessment across market dynamics, positioning, business model, financial performance, and operating effectiveness.

We mapped the now, to shape the next. Through deep analysis and strategic synthesis, we created a clear-eyed view of where the developer stood today — and what that meant for its future. The framework helped uncover both blind spots and big opportunities.

We shaped a focused 5-year growth strategy. Together with the client, we identified the key strategic choices that would define their next chapter. We prioritized initiatives based on impact and feasibility, making sure each one had a clear rationale, owner, and role in the bigger picture.

We aligned ambition with action. We rewrote the company’s vision, mission, and values to match its post-IPO aspirations — and designed a strategic roadmap that phased initiatives logically, ensuring focus without losing momentum.

THE RESULTS

In just five weeks, the developer walked away with:

A structured and realistic 5-year growth strategy
A clear strategic narrative for IPO readiness
A robust roadmap aligned with internal capabilities and investor expectations
Renewed clarity on what it stands for, where it’s going, and how it will get there

In a landscape full of generalist advice, this was a real estate strategy with precision — built to stand up to boardrooms, bankers, and the scrutiny of public markets.
