Mohamad Al Husseini
Co-Founder & Managing Director

Mohamad is an experienced strategist with 10+ years of experience delivering a range of innovation-centric projects across diverse industries. During his career at Strategy& in the Middle East, he managed cross-functional teams, developed growth strategies, optimized investment portfolios, led design thinking workshops, and drove impactful digital transformations.

Inspired by these achievements, Mohamad founded Quasar, where he has led fundraising, investment, and strategic support projects for clients in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Mohamad holds a Master of Engineering from Télécom ParisTech and an MBA from INSEAD, both with distinction. Having lived in Lebanon, France, Singapore, the UAE, and Lithuania, he has cultivated fluency in Arabic, English, and French.

Greta Gerazimaite
Co-Founder & Partner

Greta is a results-driven strategist and operator with 10+ years of experience. She began her career in Big Pharma at GSK, earning recognition for her digitization initiatives, before moving to Bain & Co., where she worked across Corporate and Private Equity Groups. She also advised her family’s real estate business on investment decisions in Lithuania and later served as Vice President at OSLabs, a New York-based tech accelerator advancing open-source software.

Recently, she has been helping companies develop growth plans and scale their operations as an independent consultant. Her growing practice led her to co-found Quasar.

Greta holds a Bachelor of Economics & Politics from ISM University of Management and Economics and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School. Greta also spent some time in Silicon Valley, studying Technology Entrepreneurship at Stanford.
